Appointment Log

The Appointment Log tab allows you to view a client’s appointment history. You can search by Student ID or name. The name search will automatically return partial matches. The search results are listed alphabetically, with each client’s most recent appointment first.
Note: You can also use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard.

1. Clicking the appointment date and time link will bring up the Appointment Details window.
2. When the + icon appears next to the client’s name, there are additional actions associated with that appointment. Click the ‘+’ icon to see all the actions.

Penalty List

The Penalty List tab shows you all the clients that currently have a penalty, the reason for the penalty, and when the penalty expires. Clients on the penalty list are not allowed to book an appointment themselves. You can search for a client on the list by student ID or name. Penalties can also be manually removed for a client using the penalty page.
