Onboard Your Office

Thank you for your interest in using UCI Appointments in your advising office!

UCI Appointments includes several helpful features for managing 1-on-1 advising appointments with students, including:

• Define office schedule and individual advisor schedules
• Integrates with Outlook for Microsoft 365 users
  • Note: If your email ends in @hs.uci.edu, this feature is not available, as we cannot integrate with the Health Sciences Exchange server
• Students can easily sign up for appointments and manage their appointments
• Support for both online (via Zoom or Teams) and in-person appointments
• Analytics tools to help analyze and visualize usage
